Describe the bug

I believe recently, the spell cd trigger has had a spell known check incorporated into it in order to not show spells that aren't known by the player. This is great, though at the moment it seems to lead to inconsistencies in that changing talents/specs while the wa options window is open will not update the cd trigger.

To Reproduce

  1. Make a weak aura that tracks a specific talent's cooldown. (Chi Wave for example.)
  2. Open WA options
  3. Change talents to deselect the talent you were tracking.
  4. Close WA options

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
