Describe the bug

Was in Castle Natharia raid. My WA were mostly working. Between boss fights I started editing my Heavy Desolate Armor Kit Missing WA which was not correct. I was then asked to turn on the RCLootcouncil addon which I did. When it reloaded WA did not load at all with the following error and even replacing my actual WA with versions from a day earlier does not cause it to reload.

Weak Auras does not start up

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
No but the only change was to enable and then disable RCLootcouncil whilst editing a WA (which would have had a half finished trigger Status change (standard options not custom LUA) AND even trying to reload a working set of auras from yesterday (by copying BAK into LUA) does not make WA load.

was working ok with 3.13 until it stopped on a reload
