Describe the bug

Using the portals in the Theater of Paine Mythic difficulty triggers error "attempt to perform arithmetic on field 'startTime' (a nil value) [string "=[C]"]: in function `xpcall' ".

This error does not occur if I rollback to the WeakAuras-3.1.5.zip release from Dec 30

Do you have an error log of what happened?
This is occurring in multiple WA's. I deleted the WA, reloaded the UI, clicked a Portal and the same error would occur with a different WA ("06 Concentrated Anima" from the Castle Nathria set from https://wago.io/slraid1/136). And if I deleted that WA I got the error on another WA. I eventually deleted ALL but 1 WA

To Reproduce

1. Logged in with my level 60 alliance gnome beast mastery hunter
2. Entered the command "/console scriptErrors 1"
3. entered /wa to open weak auras
4. deleted ALL my weak auras
5. Clicked New Aura
6. Selected Icon
7. Changed the aura name to "My WA Buggy Test"
8. Ignored every tab (left all selections whatever they were at the default) except for the Trigger tab,
9. Changed the Default Trigger to: Type: Status, Status: Crowd Controlled (this also happened when I chose Aura for Soulshape)
10. Closed WA screen and Reloaded the UI
11. Entered Theater of Pain in a party on mythic difficulty (note: after dungeon was completed I re-entered same instance solo and still had the same errors when clicking these portals)
12. Clicked the Portals in the Alters of Agony area that take you from platform to platform.
    Immediately on clicking the portal the console script error window would pop open with the error.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
I did in fact disable ALL other addons and was able to reproduce the issue. I also deleted all but the 1 test WA as well

Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
3.1.6 downloaded on Jan 1, 2021
The 3.1.5 version from Dec 30, 2020 does not have the issue.

It was working in 3.1.5 from Dec 30, 2020.
