Describe the bug

When deleting a trigger from a group with the group selected it is only deleted from one item at a time.

Delete the trigger from all items in the group.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a group.
2. Add a few items to it.
3. Create some triggers for the items
4. Select the group.
5. Delete a trigger.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
