Example: I want to see a button when I know the spell "Grounding Totem" (pvp talent). Easy, I select it under PVP talents.

If I don't have it, I want to see a different button (not just another pvp talent) in it's place. Can't be done as far as I know.

edit: can be done with a trigger, not unter load though.
