Describe the bug

I wanna show icon if debuff is missing on multi-targets.
When i configure it with certain debuff, it shows constantly.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new aura
2. go to trigger
3. set it to "aura"
4. set type to debuff
5. set target to "multi-target"
6. set spellId to 257284
7. set match count equal to 0

Now this WA will be shown always, no matter how many targets are affected by this debuff

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

This aura will work if we change multi-target to unit nameplates, or if we change spellid to track another debuff.
