Inverter for Filter By Raid Role

I have not found a good way to track Blessing of Salvation for the raid that excludes tanks for the entirety of classic. The new "Filter by Raid Role" almost unlocks the functionality for this but needs an inverter so the weak aura does not track it on those marked as "Main Tank" role.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option to select 'Not Main Tank' since I don't want to track Salvation on tanks. How it works in the "Load" screen is fine. For example, the toggles for "In Combat are":
-In Combat
-Not In Combat
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have played around with weak auras for the last 18 month trying to find something that works with little success. Here's what I've tried:
-A weak aura to track Blessing of Salvation on myself and use that to time when to do all the rebuffs. Not useful if someone dies and needs rebuffing which can be easily missed.
-A weak aura that uses smart aura to track Salvation on a percentage of the raid but this only works efficiently when the number of tanks you use is static, which is not the case as different raids and encounters use different numbers of tanks.
-A weak aura that tracks missing Salvation on raid frames, which I've had to exclude warriors and druids from. Otherwise the weak aura will be flashing on the tanks raid frames all raid long.
None of the above are optimal solutions and sacrifice something. I'm not that great with using weak auras, so I apologise if there is a way of doing this that I'm not aware of, but to me, the obvious answer was staring me in the face with this new feature.
