Time formating option uses floor() to round numbers which is a bit odd when using it with Timeline Weakaura.

Option to use ceil() instead for rounding when using no decimal places or alternativly set formating option via conditions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only current alternative to change rounding is use Nummer formating option which takes away the 1m 2h etc. formating
