There are much more serious problems with models. But here are the two simplest ones:

1. Maximum value of "Animation Sequence" slider (which would be better called "Animation ID"; SetAnimation() is now used) is limited to 150. Possible values exceed this number. Link to animation list
2. Model picker should be disabled when Creature Display ID ("Use Display Info ID" option) is used. There are three sources of models in WA: UnitID (SetUnit), CreatureDisplayID (SetDisplayInfo), FileID or FilePath (SetModel). And they are all mutually exclusive
