Latency overlay texture position buggy when using condition that changes "Inverse" option

Description
When using a progress bar with a player cast trigger and checking the "latency overlay" option in combination with a condition that updates the "Inverse" option of the progress bar, the position of the latency overlay is bugged.
My example WeakAura, has two triggers: The player cast trigger and a global cooldown trigger.
The "Inverse" option is enabled in display and I have a condition that disables the "Inverse" option while the cast trigger is active.
When I am casting, the overlay is positioned at the left edge of the bar in the beginning until the global cooldown trigger ends. At that point, the overlay jumps to the right side of the bar (where it should be).
This only occurs if the "Inverse" option is changed in a condition, if the option is always enabled or always disabled the overlay is in the correct position.
I tried to circumvent the problem by having the "Inverse" option disabled and instead use a condition that only enables the option if the player cast trigger is active but this still has a buggy overlay position.

Reproduction Steps
- Install the WeakAura using the export string from below.
- Use a cast spell (Blizzard in my case)
- At the beginning of the cast, the overlay is displayed on the left side of the bar. After the global cooldown ends, the overlay jumps to the right (and correct) side.
After you uninstall the WeakAura you should /reload because this aura hides the default castbar.
