I made a casting bar wa that also tracks my evocation and blizzard ticks. It works perfectly but the "problem" is that the tick line at 49-51% doesnt change size if i choose thickness 1.

Reproduction Steps

Great a Progress Bar -> Display -> Add tick -> Tick mode: At Percent -> Tick Placement: 50 (49 and 51 have the same problem) -> Thickness: 1

Without screenshots it hard to tell what you are seeing. But this is most likely caused by your ui scale making a pixel in wow's coordinate system bigger than a screen pixel.

If you see the middle line is thicker that the other lines. All ticks have the same settings (size 1).

Even if you choose thickness 1 it stays at thickness 2. This only happens if you add 49-51 value at the tick placement.

That looks indeed like what I deduced even without a screenshot. Read up on ui scaling, pixel perfect and wow.
