Bufftrigger option to not care about Buff/Debuff

Oftentimes when doing auras for enemy spells in particular there seems to be no real guidline as to if a spell an npc uses adds a buff or debuff. This can lead to alot of back an forth in testing. One example that quickly comes to my mind is the spikeball stun if you get hit on painsmith is actually a buff which you can even click away normally for some reason.
