Subregion Error on StopMotion Auras.

Description
Every StopMotion aura is giving an error when loading in.
WeakAuras: ERROR in '[AuraName]' unknown or incompatible sub element type 'subbackground'

Reproduction Steps
Make a Stop Motion Aura, then ReloadUI.
