I added a video link because I think a visual explains it better than I can in words but there are two weird issues I'm having with WA.

First if I use my mouse scroll wheel to scroll down my WA list it stops at like a quarter way. I can scroll back up to the top and then scroll down again that partial way. I can click and drag the scroll bar to get all the way to the bottom though and scroll all the way back up. Just not all the way down.

Second I swear WA used to show all my auras when I first opened it, but then as soon as I click on one aura that was the only one that showed. This behavior doesn't happen anymore. I've tried clicking on the little eye and it will make all the auras go away, then I can click on one and it will show but then when I click on the next aura the first continues to show even though the icon is empty next to it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open WeakAura options
2. Attempt to scroll down the list with your mouse wheel
3. Turn off all WAs with the eye icon
4. Click an aura to show it
5. Click on a different aura now both are showing

Unknown which version but it did work maybe a month or so ago.
