Unit_Spellcast_Succeeded trigger is missing under Other Events in TBC Client

Description
Tried to get help on a WA on the Discord but it seems the needed Trigger UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED is Missing on the TBC Client.
The only options are Chat Message, Ent/Leav Combat and Ready Check.
Mod encouraged me to open a Ticket about this so here we go :)
