So the Idea is simple just add an option to create folder where we can place weakauras Group (it's important not only simple weak aura because we have already group auras) who don't affect anchor of it just a sort option

I have no idea what's different from the existing ability to nest groups.

Also, if you want to be taken seriously you have to flesh out your feature requests a lot more.
