Talent Selector not working properly

Description

The Talent selection frame in the "Load" tab is not working properly. It draws the tree correctly and it lets me pick any of the talents but it makes the weakaura fail to load.
Example: I'm running a weakaura to track corruption when the talent "Absolute Corruption" is known, but picking the correct option from the talent selector in the load tab breaks the weakaura stopping it from loading. The same happens if I switch to "not known" mode.

EDIT: Upon further testing, it looks like the "Talent known" and "Talent not known" flags are inverted for a large part of the talents.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create any weakaura
  2. On the Load tab, pick any known talent (or unknown if using the opposite mode)
  3. The weakaura will fail to load
