Reproduction Steps

1. Creater any aura
2. Go to "Actions" tab
3. Tick the Chat Message checkbox in the On Show section
4. Select Text-to-speech in Message Type
5. You can select the between tts voices with the Voices select
6. Now tick the Chat Message checkbox in the On Hide section
7. Select Text-to-speech in Message Type
8. The Voice select is absent on this section
