Expected: Right-click on a WA, be able to see and read the tooltip

Happens: Right-click on a WA, shows the tooltip with no background, etc. Upon closing and hitting anything with a tooltip (like mouse-over an NPC), you get game_tooltip error

Found out Tooltip background issue was from addon: Angry Keystones. Will mention to them.
