Getting the pop up 100% when triggering this macro with a keyboard shortcut:

Is there a way around it?

Reload the ui after using the edit mode, and whenever the error message shows.

There could be other causes for these error messages, but until blizzard fixes wow, we won't even try to debug whether that's the case.

Those are blizzard issues, which addon authors reported months before the release.

I was not using edit mode.

However, reloading seems to make it work! For a while anyway, which is good enough.
