Unable to Load Aura on Class Talent Selection Across Specs

Description

I am attempting to load an aura only when I have the mage class talent Shimmer selected. Currently, I must specify both a "Class and Specialization" and a "Talent" in the Load UI. If I uncheck "Class and Specialization" the "Talent" choice disappears, allowing me only to multi-select specs.

Currently, there is no way to load when you have a class-tree talent chosen, regardless of your spec.

We can workaround by duplicating the aura 2 more times.

That's intended. The class trees are also spec specific.

Usually you can use SpellKnown load option in those cases.
