Stopmotion Auras no long animating or skipping frames of animation

Description
StopMotion Auras are either stuck on a single frame or are skipping frames dependent on the trigger they are tied too. My instincts tell me its related to the new "Improve TimerTick/Frame system" in this build.

Reproduction Steps
Create a stop motion aura with any desired stop motion texture.
Set the trigger to Player/Unit Info > Conditions > Always Active Trigger
Watch the WA stay on a single frame of the stop motion texture.
