Description

If triggers are within "all of/any of" - within another "all of/any of" trigger set, the trigger references do not update if a trigger with a lower number is removed. All other trigger references get their new trigger number updated, but not the sub-triggers.

In the image I have now fixed the sub-triggers to have the correct reference to trigger 8 and 9.
Before I fixed this, I had deleted trigger 1,4 and 5, but the marked triggers in the image did not change from 11 to 8 and 12 to 9.

Reproduction Steps

1 Create several triggers (fex 1,2,3,4,5)
2 Create a "all of" or "any of" condition
3 Add trigger 2 within this condition
4 Create a sub-"all of" or "any of" condition under step 2
5 Add one of the last triggers (3)
5 Remove trigger 1
6 Check sub-trigger set. Any referenced triggers here do not change.
