Debuffs remain visible after boss unitframe disappears

Description
Using a built-in cloning debuff trigger for boss unit anchored to unitframes has weird effects when a boss unit disappears as a part of the encounter
During a boss fight, debuffs are applied to the boss.
These debuffs are correctly anchored and shown on the boss's unitframe.
However, if the boss unitframe disappears at any point during the fight (as part of the encounter), the debuff do not disappear as expected. They stay visible on the screen.
Eventually, when the debuffs expire, the icons still remain visible, but without any duration information, any new debuffs applied when the boss unitframe appears is added as a clone

Reproduction Steps
- Start the encounter Ularogg Cragshaper in Neltharions Lair (or any other boss encounter where the boss unitframe disappears and reappears)
- Apply a debuff and make sure it's up when the unitframe disappears
- When the unitframe appears again apply the same debuff
- Two of the same debuff will now be visible and anchored to the frame
