[Feature] Improve Announce object to include Count

Spitting into new issue for tracking. Announce object, as it stands, doesn't support using count.
Supporting this would be as easy as parsing it out of bigwigs trigger same way timer does, and listening to DBMs count arg.
Problem:
A weak aura trying to parse out a specific count from an announce object currently has to be a Message trigger. This is not ideal as it is language specific. Example above wants to assign different bombs different things based on announce count.
Solution:
It should be possible to do spellId + count to achieve same announce trigger in ALL languages.
