Reproduction Steps
Enable the option in Interface Settings -> Social to open a new chat window on every new whisper
- List yourself in the Group Finder and close it
Repeat the following steps twice to trigger the taint:
- Whisper yourself
- Open the new created floating window -> Right click the tab and then pick "Close Whisper Window"
- Edit the listing in group finder + close it

Unfortunately that's more likely than not a issue in WoW that has nothing to do with WeakAuras.
Since the tools for debugging taint issues are barebones and blizzard generally does not fix taint issues in a timely manner, trying to debug this would take a lot of effort and would not actually lead to any fixes.
If you want to debug this and figure out how the taint spreads to the group frame, we can pass that information to blizzard. Which again will most likely ignore it.
In both of your taint logs nothing unexpected gets tainted, all of that should be okay to be tainted.
