No tooltip value for Echoing Tyrstone right after first login

Description

My aura for Echoing Tyrstone is supposed to show the healing stored when the buff is present. As I login for the first time after starting the game, even if I have the corresponding buff, my aura for Echoing Tyrstone doesn't provide the first tooltip value, so the icon is visible but the number isn't.

No errors, even with BugSack and BugGrabber enabled.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Install this aura.
  2. Activate and charge Echoing Tyrstone.
  3. Close the game.
  4. Open the game.
  5. See that the healing amount is missing.
  6. Open the options of WeakAuras.
  7. See that the healing amount appeared.
