10.1.7 - Error Spam

- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
Hey all, ever since 10.1.7 I get this spam, and a warning pop up for the whole accessing a protected thing, in Valdrakken, in dungeons, in PVP, etc...
The message is:
"WeakAuras has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI. You can disable this addon and reload the UI." With the buttons to "Disable" or "Ignore".

Reproduction Steps
On a mount, off of a mount, on a dragonriding mount, off of a dragonriding mount, while standing still in a city, while flying around, in or out of instanced content.

This most likely is connected to he hotifx Blizzard did to fix the ClearTarget exploit for pvp a few days ago. That one broke every addon, and it's up to blizzard to fix their code.
If you have had the problems for longer you need to install bugsack + buggraber and provide the full lua error message.
