Description

Steps to Reproduce:
Trigger 1: Cooldown --> Tick "Show Global Cooldown"
Condition: If T[1] on cooldown = false, then Glow.
Cast any spell within the last GCD before the problematic spell gains at least one charge.

Bugged Behavior:
The aura glows when casting any spell within the last GCD before the problematic spell gains at least one charge.

Expected Behavior:
The aura should not glow in this scenario and should only glow when the spell is truly off cooldown (at full charge).

Issue in Practice:
When casting Keg Smash, potentially with two charges, the aura mistakenly glows within the last GCD before Keg Smash gains at least one charge. This misleading glow suggests that I should immediately cast it to avoid potentially wasted cooldown time, but it is still on cooldown after gaining one charge, meaning that no cooldown time will be wasted.

Current Workaround:
Either untick "Show Global Cooldown", which is the culprit of the incorrect glow, or adjust the condition as follows: if T[1] charges = 2, then Glow.
However, multiple conditions may be required based on the spell's maximum charges, which can vary depending on talent choices. Additionally, the second workaround may not be flexible enough when the spell temporarily exceeds two maximum charges, such as when using Torghast Animas in Shadowlands.
