It is mildly confusing (or I am mega dumb) that the Condition to modify a gradient doesn't use the same terms as the Bar Color Settings from the Display tab.

Because there's no Gradient Start and Gradient End specifically noted, I initially thought I was only able to set one of the gradient colors.

For Conditions, rename:

1. Bar Color to Bar Color/Gradient Start, and
2. Gradient Color to Gradient End.

I've tried to be more intelligent.

Additional context
If the change to Conditions seems like it would introduce confusion for non-gradient bars, you could separate Bar Color/Gradient Start into two options in the Conditions dropdown and make them do the same thing.
