Mouse wheel scrolling up/down in the triggers tab doesn't work when your mouse is hovering over the events box of a custom trigger

Description

For a while I've noticed that mouse wheel scrolling in the triggers tab didn't work consistently and I'd end up clicking and dragging the scroll bar instead. Today I noticed that the problem occurs consistently when my mouse is hovering over the events edit box of a custom trigger and only that, everywhere else is fine. Note that I haven't clicked on the events edit box (I don't have a blinking line/insertion point), the mouse is just hovering over it.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Go to trigger tab
  2. Add custom custom aura event type=event
  3. Hover mouse over Event(s) edit box, scroll up/down doesn't work
  4. Hover mouse over Custom Trigger edit box, scroll up/down works
