Mouse wheel scrolling gets stuck on slider bars in Display tab

Description
When I use my mouse wheel to scroll down a long list of settings in the Display tab of a weakaura, if the cursor lands on a slider bar (like for controlling the width for example), it ceases being able to scroll until the cursor is moved away from the slider bar. Because of this, it is incredibly frustrating to scroll up and down in the Display tab to get the settings I want.
I understand that the slider bars can now be controlled by the scroll wheel, but only when they are selected. So I don't think there should be a reason for the scroll down the page to get stuck on them unless they are clicked on.
This has been an issue ever since the last weakauras major version redesign that added slider bars. I was hoping it would be fixed but it's been a long time now and it's still the same.

Reproduction Steps
- Create or go to any type of weakaura.
- Select the Display tab.
- Put cursor on the width or height slider bar (for example; gets stuck on all slider bars) and try scrolling with the mouse wheel.
