Description

Pretty sure this issue came with the 10.2.6 update:

I am using a weakaura to track my eclipses as balance druid (both lunar and solar) with a progess texture.
There seem to be 2 issues with updating the progress bar of the WA.

The first issue is that there is a "flickering" whenever I press an astral power spender.
The Progress jumps up to "full" or just a bit fuller for about half a second before going down to the expected value again.

The second is that when the effect of Primordial Arcanic Pulsar is triggered the progress of the currently active eclipse is not set to "full"

The Incarnation cooldown (gaining both eclipses at the same time for 30s) seems to be unaffected by either issue.

Reproduction Steps

1. Be Balance Druid

2. Talents: BYGAORarfDaLt4uMx8TYOtl8GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAgCQkIJikkAkESiUgWiDkkkUSCJHIEaSJCJRDgCAE

3. I am using this WA pack https://wago.io/T6s27CUPI or do step 4

4. Open WA > New Aura > Premade Auras > Progress Texture > Pick any vertical one > Buffs > Eclipse (Solar) > Show Only if Buffed

5. Enter combat

6. Use Double Starfire

7. Use Wrath to build astral power

8. Use Star Surge.

9. For 2nd Issue do the same, just make sure that you have enough Primordial Arcanic Puslar Stacks to trigger it while in Eclipse.
