Instance Type load condition is empty on Cata Classic

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
I selected WoW flavor below as Wrath Classic but this is for Cata Classic, issue template is outdated.
WeakAuras Version
5.12.9
World of Warcraft Flavor
Wrath of the Lich King Classic
World of Warcraft Region
EU
Tested with only WeakAuras
I got this issue with only WeakAuras enabled
Lua Error
No bugsack error
Reproduction Steps
- Create an aura
- Go into Load tab
- Select "Instance Type"
- Nothing there
