Display Issue with Colossus Smash vs. Warbreaker Weakaura

Description
Using a very basic weakaura imported from live that basically just tracks the cooldown of Colossus Smash. It works fine on the beta when using Colossus Smash, but when talented into Warbreaker (which transforms Colossus Smash into Warbreaker), however, the weakaura properly displays that I am now using Warbreaker, but when the ability is actually used, the weakaura does not reflect its cooldown and instead appears as if the ability was unused.
I suspect that other "transitional" abilities may be experiencing the same issue as Xyronic was experiencing a similar problem with his Void Eruption > Void Bolt weakaura, but I haven't actually looked at that weakaura myself to confirm if its structured similarly.
