The relic slot is missing from the list of slots that can be selected when searching for Items > Item Bonus Id Equipped.

Add the relic slot, slot #18 I think.

I don't know what other alternatives there could be.

Additional context
I am looking for armor pieces that are socketed with specific gems. The Relic slot cannot be selected for inclusion.
