there is some weird interaction when using the spellwarden talent in pvp combat. I tried both Action Usable trigger and Cooldown trigger, yielding the same result.

Reproduction Steps

on a death knight create a simple weakaura trigger with spell id 48707 action usable and select spellwarden talent, enter pvp combat, notice that the trigger will be active even if anti-magic shell is on cooldown and buff has been consumed
