Once, you were able to load based on class, not just spec as it is now. This means that if you want your weakaura to load for a low level character (lvl 1-9), you'd have to not have any load conditions active, since these levels cannot choose a spec yet.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please return the option to load based on class alone, if possible, so even low level characters can have a weakaura loaded for their class alone, without having to entirely disable load conditions.

We removed the class load option in favor of the class/spec choice we have and did make the conscious decision to not cater to <10 characters, since there is not really anything to track on these.
