I don't like having my Class (combat) WeakAuras allways shown while in a Rested Zone like Valdrakken/Orgrimmar/Dalaran etc.
Load Conditions on Groups include things like positive checks for Location Ids but not negative checks like the "Item Equipped" condition does. This would mean I'd have to add ALL zone Ids Open World/Dungeon/Raid wich seems not practical.

Since I want my Auras not shown in big cities but in open world(solo) content AND in Instanced content i do not think there is a feasible way to do it with conditions.

Add "In a resting zone" or a "Not in Zone" Load Condition usable for groups.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I am using a WorkAround. My Combat Aura Groups use the trigger: Item Not Equipped "Guild Tabard". I have a helper weakaura with the trigger "Resting" On show of this helper Aura I equip a guild tabard, on hide a different tabard.
Wich leads to my combat auras hiding in the way I want.
