What steps will reproduce the problem?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
2.10.2
Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
Do you have an error log of what happened?

Got the same on latest master, only aura I could find that has tooltips enabled is this one

@mrbuds I cant answer the questions i left blank when i dont know whats causing it. I can literally be alt tabbed when the error occurs. http://prntscr.com/ls90w0 Twitch client says I have 2.10.2
