I was also hoping for this! Along with the ability to show all potential bars for the purposes of arranging them, like the target bars... maybe I just missed something, but I was hoping to place all the bars where I wanted them without having to be on a specific character class or find something with dual wield to target to make the target's offhand bar appear. In summary I'd like to show all possible bars regardless of character class or target, put them where I want them, and save that to a profile.
