When I use this macro, the castbar for aimshot is not working

hi there, I am having a similar but maybe unrelated issue, I'm not sure.

my macro is:

#showtooltip Aimed Shot
/use 13
/cast Aimed Shot

I use this to activate my trinket automatically when using aimed shot, when the trinket is off cd the macro works as intended, uses the trinket and casts Aimed shot

the addon also works properly, showing the castbar for aimed shot

when the trinket is on cd, the macro still works fine (gives an error for "item not ready" and then casts aimed shot), however in this situation the addon does not show the castbar for aimed shot
