Request for Sound Effects Option when Someone Taunts, AoE Taunts, or Fails to Taunt

Easy enough to work in, I think. Just have a checkbox and two drop-downs for each. Sound would be off by default.

I like having my AOE Taunt be

Maybe just grab the list from STA -- the bomb sounds STA used was pretty good too for taunts and fizzles. Sounds that work in Classic should work in Retail too. I don't think they ever deleted sounds as they went.
