Upon installing the library (see below), typing /who yields no results. The Who window does not pop up.

Upon manually opening the Who frame and typing in a query, no results are given, despite me typing my own name in (see below)

Despite the first /who yielding nothing in the chat, further /who commands yield the following messages:

None of those who requests ever return any data, as after 5 minutes my Who Frame still shows nothing.

I don't believe there are any monumental changes to the Who API between retail and the classic clients, but if there are please point it out to me. This library would be a massive help, if I could just get it working.
