I mentioned this on the Grail Github when posting about the 10.0.7 .toc issue, but it occurred to me this might actually be more of a Wholly issue, than a Grail one.

I mentioned earlier in that thread that if one uses the Search command, the missing quests can often be found, but the do not show up in the interface under their zones.

Looks like the issue is with Grail not being able to get the Outland and Northrend continents (they're not appearing in the Wholly window which is populates continents from Grail), but that's about as much as I can figure out and definitely don't have the skill to attempt fixing it.

you need an npc associated with the quest to know which zone it should land in
a lot of quests look like this:

G[10835]='L14909 E46368'
there is no A or T Tag, for the npcs that offer the quest and where you can turn the quest in.

So the amount of quests you can safely attribute is currently rather low

Same for quests in Borean Tundra:

G[12019]='L17480 E46368'

So i think what would help here is recorded data.
If you have done the zone, attach your

World of Warcraft\_classic_\WTF\Account\>NAME<\SavedVariables\Grail.lua file.
So Smaitch can extend the database

Sadly I had to reinstall so I don't have the saved varible data available for the character :/

Some things to note:

1. Attack on Camp Narache (781) is no longer obtainable, it has been replaced with Attack on Camp Narache (24857)
2. There are two versions of Report to Kadrak (6541 and 6542), Grail currently notes them as mutually exclusive but you can see I have completed both of them which is possible if you don't accept the follow up.
