Bug description

VoiceOver's "play" button in the quest log overlaps with the level of the quest. I'm not sure who's to blame here, probably happens due to some combination of ElvUI/Questie/VoiceOver/WQLP. I was hoping there might be a way to move or disable the icon in VoiceOver, or disable the quest level in Questie or ElvUI, but no such luck.

Sorry I'm just seeing this now. I don't use Voiceover myself, so I'll have to reproduce to identify the cause and any potential fix. This isn't high on my priority list, but I hope to one day have a look. So I'll leave this open until then.
