WIM retail toc bump request.

The toc is still showing for WoW-retail v10.2.5 whereas v10.2.7 is the current version.
but v11.0.0 is coming sooner or later it seems..
and the wrath and burning crusade tocs can be removed now as not needed anymore.

FYI, I decided to keep TBC and Wrath tocs. Either for posterity or for when Blizzard goes classic again 🤣
