Describe the bug
If wow is not my focused window (ex: im clicked on my second monitor) WIM windows don't pop up. They are hidden to the minimap icon instead. Only way i know that i received whisper is because an tab still shows up on my default chat.

To Reproduce
have to receive a whisper in wow, while wow is not in focus, such as interacting with anything on a second monitor, while wow is in full screen windowed mode

Expected behavior
WIM window should still pop up how it does if wow is focused in windowed fullscreen mode
