Bug: Error when attempting to open encounter journal from map

Since patch 10.2 I experience this error:

I have not been able to get a full reproducer yet, but it seems to occur when switching between the full map and the questlog-based map to check up boss abilities (which are only opened from the questlog-based map, clicking on the icons in the "full" map mode doesn't do anything, as reported in #1).
