TWW world quests hidden in City of Threads

There are apparently world quests that don't appear on the zone map or the region map, but do appear when looking directly at the city map.

As of the time of this report, quest ID 82295 is only visible when looking at the map for zone ID 2213.

Just FYI the same quest is now available again (and hidden in the same way) for the next 17 hours on NA realms.

Unsure if Blizzard fixed this or you did, but this seems resolved now.
